Accessibility statement
NOVA's website is designed with accessibility in mind, and we continue working to improve usability for all visitors. It is built with semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible focus outlines, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, text alternatives for meaningful images, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as the site changes. If any part of the site is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard or magnification, tell us and we will fix it.
Service accessibility
NOVA is a fully mobile service, so there is no premises to visit — we come to your vehicle. If you need us to communicate a particular way, or need extra assistance at the appointment, tell us when you make your request and we will arrange it.
