What this service is
Tire puncture repair starts with an inspection. Where the damage falls within the safely repairable area and the tire is otherwise sound, we repair it. Where it does not, we explain why and recommend replacement instead.

What to expect
Only eligible punctures that can be repaired safely will be repaired. Inspection determines eligibility, and not every puncture is repairable — sidewall and shoulder damage, large or angled punctures, and tires run while flat generally are not. Where a repair is not safe, we will say so and recommend replacement.

- Is my puncture repairable?
- We cannot tell you before inspecting it. Location, size and the condition of the tire all matter, and a tire driven on while flat may have internal damage that is not visible from outside.
- What if it cannot be repaired?
- We tell you plainly and explain why, so you can arrange a replacement. We would rather turn a repair down than carry out one that is not safe.
- Can you come to me?
- Tell us your address and what happened when you book, and we will confirm whether we can attend and what we need on site.
